Toll Brothers' City Living division retains Shea Communications to publicize the development of Northside Piers, a luxury condominium community currently under construction on the waterfront of Brooklyn's Williamsburg neighborhood. The firm is tasked with publicizing the construction of the first luxury tower to be built on Williamsburg's waterfront and how it will serve as the anchor of a larger revitalization in the neighborhood, one of the most vibrant in the city. Northside Piers is a cutting-edge mixed-use development, which includes luxury condominiums, retail, on-site parking, a waterfront esplanade, and a 400 foot long pier.
